Say you want a casual yet splash of sophistication at your event, why not replace the chairs and tables with a number of lounge areas with heavy appetizers for the evening. Each lounge area could have their own server to serve refreshments and refill appetizers. Your guests will truly feel honored and your event will definitely feel personalized and intimate.

Ashlee’s budget tip: If your on a budget and the chandeliers won’t work for you try paper lanterns from IKEA! Instead of one server per area maybe you’d only use two or three for the entire event. Be sure to make drinks and food within a short walking distance!
